Vincent L. Zirpoli BIO

Vincent L Zirpoli is President of Mega Marketing Inc This is a Management/Marketing Consulting Firm located in Timonium MD. Prior to forming his own firm in 1982, Mr. Zirpoli had a long career in Life Insurance Management and Marketing, starting as an agent and holding the positions of Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Training Director, Regional Sales Vice President, Vice President Marketing Services, and Vice President and Director of Sales. While he managed different size Administrative, Operational and Marketing groups throughout his career, as Director of Sales he led a 1300 person national organization.

He wrote his company’s first Sales and Management Training Programs and developed its first management schools. Since opening Mega Marketing, he has worked with over 500 organizations both National and International, from fortune 500 (Manufacturing, Service and Financial) to small entrepreneurial businesses (including retail chains). In addition, he and his associates have consulted and trained management and employees of State & Federal governmental, Health Care and non-profit organizations. His major focus is on coaching Chief Executives and guiding, growing companies toward becoming successful functional organizations through effective implementation of Strategic Management Systems.

While in the insurance business Mr. Zirpoli earned the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter as well as Certificates in Agency Management and Company Management from the American College. Also, he did undergraduate work at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Youngstown University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of the State of New York. He holds an MBA from Loyola University of Baltimore and has taught Strategic Management in the continuing education programs of both Loyola and Johns Hopkins Universities. He later lectured at both universities and has been a featured speaker before numerous national and international management, sales, and educational groups.

His articles have been widely published in management, marketing & business publications, as well as newspapers across the country. He is author of the book “Have You Forgotten” and a contributing author to the R & R Newkirk book, “The Motivators”.

Mr. Zirpoli served four years and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy, is married to Loretta, has four children and eight grandchildren.
